Recently, I was looking at an aerial view of the Potomac river near
Riley's Lock in Gaithersburg Maryland. I was looking at the possible navigational hazards
when I noticed this weird formation underwater.
Looks like there is a barge docked next to it. I looked at a different view, which
showed the same structure, without the barge/boat.
